I had such a wonderful experience at Kismet by Milka London, and I can’t thank Angel, Buse, Erica, and Kirsten enough for their outstanding service.
I originally had a piercing done in Istanbul in 2022, but unfortunately the placement wasn’t quite right, so the jewellery wasn’t sitting beautifully or showing as it should. When I visited the London boutique, the team immediately understood my concerns and went above and beyond to help. They very kindly replaced my original earring with a brand-new one because it had the older backing, making the whole process completely seamless.

The following day, I returned to have the piercing redone in the correct position by Erica she was so wonderful and also purchased another new piece to put in the old original hole.
Erica’s expertise, patience, attention to detail, and genuine care made me feel completely confident throughout. She took the time to ensure everything was perfectly placed and exactly how I had envisioned it.
